I wear the same pants for an entire week, then I change them. Then about a month and a half later I wash all of my pants.

I stay pretty clean. Its not like I actually GO anywhere and do things.

I follow my own general rules for when to change clothes.

Shirts: 1 day, less if you get sweaty.
Pants: >1 week if denim(jeans), <1 week if anything else(but sometimes not consecutive days)
Underwear: Once the right way, once inside out. Maybe just once depending on what kind of day you had.
Socks: Every day, unless you forget to take them off.

Of course none of these numbers are static. If I fall in some mud or get a mess on me before I have to go somewhere I'll get some clean clothes on. I'm jewish, I gotta save money.
